If the execution of the latter task is rather specific and for the most part it is too specific for his philosophical analysis, then the first two problems should be considered, first of all, on philosophical grounds. In determining prospects of development of the future economy, the goals of business education are specified in two main ways. First, knowledge of the main trends of social development contributes to clarifying the ultimate goals, and taking into account the context of a particular economic sector helps to find effective goals-tools. Secondly, the very ultimate goals of business education should be considered as subordinated to the basic values of business. Therefore, team building around a leader - both in business education and subsequently in business - is a guarantee that business education itself will contribute to such social changes that will be more in line with the values of business.
