ab: The article presents information on best seller books, their author's and publishers relating to fiction, non-fiction and children literature. With memoirs currently dominating the paperback nonfiction market, one of the genre's best-known contemporary authors, Dave Pelzer, has surged back into the charts. Three and a half years after initial publication of "A Child Called It" (Orion), a fresh push by supermarkets has driven a fivefold increase in weekly sales of the harrowing tale. But total weekly sales by value have risen to more than£ 20,000, and the landmark of a million copies sold through the BookScan TCM is within sight. The book to top the bestseller list is "Blow Fly," by Cornwell Patricia and published by Time Warner. Pelzer books for Orion in all editions now account for just short of 2.5 million sales.
