Topics include the connection between artificial intelligence (AI) and ethics needs to be conceived doubly as human ethics in the use of technology and as the ethics of technology in how it deals with humans, and in 2016, a German ethics commission on AI and self-driving cars, which was convened by the country's transportation minister and included the constitutional judge Udo Di Fabio, objected to the fact that drivers were forced by AI to abide by traffic laws, so that autonomous cars existed to the detriment of autonomous everyday human behavior.
