This survey examined overall satisfaction with a leadership training program as well as self-reported leadership competencies in social work practice among 30 scholars. Descriptive statistics indicate overall satisfaction with the leadership program and its individual components. Scholars ranked themselves highest on leadership competencies related to self and others and lowest on competencies related to the broader community.
