| Summary: | Objective：To understand the development status of diabetes care，the cooperation ability between authors and institutions， the hot spots in the field of diabetes care and the future research trends in China，so as to provide a reference for Chinese scholars to conduct related researches. Methods：Taking CNKI as the data source，CiteSpace visualization software was used to analyze literatures related to diabetes care from 2000 to 2017. Results：There was no close cooperation between the authors and the institutions in included literatures. The author having the most published articles was DAI Limin，with a total of 11 articles. In terms of the number of published articles，Jilin provincal cancer hospital ranked top one with 68 articles. The research hot spots has focused on hemodialysis nursing of diabetic nephropathy，perioperative nursing for diabetic patients undergoing surgery，diabetic foot nursing and diabetes health education. The research trends of diabetes care has mainly consisted of elderly diabetes，community nursing intervention，clinical nursing pathway， TCM nursing，evidence ⁃ based nursing，compliance，blood glucose control and quality of life. Conclusion：The diabetes care ⁃ related researches have been more and more，and the research scopes have been wider and wider. However，the cooperation ability between authors and institutions has still been insufficient，which needs to be strengthened in the future. ［目的］了解我国糖尿病护理研究发展现状、作者和机构合作情况、糖尿病护理研究领域热点及未来研究趋势，为我国学者今后 进行相关研究提供参考。［方法］以中国知网为数据来源，运用CiteSpace 可视化软件对2000 年--2017 年糖尿病护理相关文献进行分 析。［结果］糖尿病护理研究作者及机构间合作不密切，发文量最多作者为戴莉敏，共11 篇，吉林省肿瘤医院发文量以68 篇居榜首。 该领域研究热点为糖尿病肾病血液透析护理、糖尿病病人手术治疗围术期护理、糖尿病足护理和糖尿病健康教育。老年糖尿病、社 区护理干预、临床护理路径、中医护理、循证护理、依从性、血糖控制和生活质量为糖尿病护理未来研究趋势。［结论］糖尿病护理研究 不断增加，范围不断扩展，研究领域内作者及机构合作不足，有待加强. |
