The present work aims to identify the relevant elements of a methodology that allows the development of a model to optimize business processes, starting with a systematic review of the literature, associated with successful implementations of methodologies or platforms for the adaptive optimization of business processes, and in addition, directed to determine a prototype of a data structure to represent them, as well as to identify computational strategies that could be applied to solve the problem. Additionally, it is intended to collect information regarding the impact produced by the standardization and integration of business processes, supported by systematic implementations of information technologies, with the projection of proposing promising fields for future research.
