Additionally, it is intended to collect information regarding the impact produced by the standardization and integration of business processes, supported by systematic implementations of information technologies, with the projection of proposing promising fields for future research. El presente trabajo pretende identificar los elementos relevantes de una metodología que permita desarrollar un modelo para optimizar procesos de negocio iniciando con una revisión sistemática de la literatura, asociada con implementaciones exitosas de tecnologías o plataformas para la optimización adaptativa de procesos de negocio, y complementariamente, direccionada a determinar un prototipo de una estructura de datos para representarlos, como también, para identificar estrategias computacionales que podrían aplicarse para resolver el problema.
