Dysgraphy is a dimension of writing disorder with different events on a case-by-case basis. Dysarthria rates are higher in boys. The main features of dysgraphy are: lack of punctuation, many erasures, absence of gaps, confusion of capitals and lowercase letters, difficulty in tracking the writing line, incomplete words, letter inversion, poor copying of letters and numbers, failure to observe the margins, inappropriate font size and shape, unequal lines. Writing disorder appears to affect children's general schooling as well as their psychological life. Η διαταραχή γραπτού λόγου συνίσταται στην απουσία συγχρονισμού μυοκινητικών ενεργειών και στην δυσκολία ανάκλησης και αποτύπωσης των χαρακτήρων (γραμμάτων ή αριθμών) ενώ συνυπάρχει σε άτομα με Διαταραχή Ελλειμματικής Προσοχής. Η δυσγραφία αποτελεί μια διάσταση της διαταραχή γραπτού λόγου με διαφορετικές εκδηλώσεις κατά περίπτωση. Τα ποσοστά δυσγραφίας είναι υψηλότερα στα αγόρια. Τα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά της δυσγραφία είναι: απουσία στίξης, πολλά σβησίματα, απουσία κενών, σύγχυση κεφαλαίων και πεζών γραμμάτων, δυσκολία στην παρακολούθηση της γραμμής για γραφή, μη ολοκληρωμένες λέξεις, αντιστροφή γραμμάτων, κακή αντιγραφή των γραμμάτων και των αριθμών, μη τήρηση των περιθωρίων, μη κατάλληλο μέγεθος και σχήμα των γραμμάτων, άνισες γραμμές.
