Al-Zoabi is currently working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Architecture, Jordan University of Science and Technology, Jordan. His research centres on architectural and urban design theories and methods. Harriet Deacon has published medical history using multimedia computer programs in history teaching, and on Robben Island, South Africa's history as a place of exclusion. John Tunbridge is Professor of Geography and Environmental Studies at Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario.
