We will begin by reviewing the ongoing debate of technical versus caring nursing practices. The impact of advanced technology on perioperative nursing roles is explored, highlighting the development of technology stress. The paper concludes with some recommendations for further research. Le présent article traite des répercussions des technologies sur les tâches de soins infirmiers périopératoires, ainsi que de l'émergence d'un phénomène appelé « technostress ». Nous récapitulerons tout d'abord le débat actuel sur les différences entre la technicité et l'aspect humain des pratiques infirmières. Nous verrons ensuite les répercussions des avancées technologiques sur les tâches de soins infirmiers, en insistant sur l'émergence du technostress. Enfin, nous terminerons par quelques recommandations pour l'approfondissement de la recherche à ce sujet. |
