It is a significant reason of occupational complaint and diminished quality of life for the staffs. Health-related quality of life (HRQOL) is an assessment of the person's well-being. The purpose of this research is to determine HRQOL among the employees of the bank in India. Method: HRQOL were cross-sectionally measured over and done with short form of SF-36 questionnaire. Total 400 Subjects aged between 25-45 years who met the inclusion criteria were selected for the study where 200 bank emplyees and 200 normal healthy population. Results: HRQOL were significantly lower in bank employees as compare to the normal population (P<.001). Conclusion: The result of the study ascertained that HRQOL appears to be lower among bank workers in Punjab.
