I Statist Med i . 2015; B 34 b :3793-3810, a letter by Pilz I et al i . was published in issue 1 of volume 39 (DOI: 10.1002/sim.8427), but the reply was published at the end of last year in issue 30 of volume 38 (DOI: 10.1002/sim.8417).
