Sumario:An integration of horticultural therapy and aromatherapy can be beneficial to physical and psychological well-being of undergraduates. Through learning the basics of herbal plants and ways to plant and smell them, and through massaging, smelling, and taking bath with natural herbal essential oils, undergraduates can enjoy the pleasant feeling triggered by herbal fragrance, release their pressure, and revive energy. The integrated therapy allows undergraduates to feel their body and mind, adjust the balance of the body, embrace their inner feelings, and enhance self-perception and interpersonal relations. It is a holistic therapy to take care of both physical and psychological well-being of undergraduates.
