| Sumario: | The large number of treatment options for HCC, compounded with the complexity of imaging findings which varies per type of locoregional therapy, renders HCC treatment response assessment a complex topic. The mission of this DFP is to ensure that patients who have undergone locoregional or biological therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma are managed appropriately by enabling radiologists who interpret their post-treatment imaging to positively contribute to their care. HCC treatment options have exploded over the past few years, with innumerable new systemic and biological therapies, combined locoregional therapies, and increasing literature validating y90 segmentectomy and combined therapies.
