| Summary: | Allah has created man in a perfect way and equipped him with the means and potential powers that will help him grow as an autonomous individual, a perfect human being. If his positive potential powers can be unearthed and developed, he will be able to assume central roles in the functioning of the universe and destiny and this "small world in the great world", which can rise to the top in terms of virtues, forgets its purpose and responsibilities and transcends the boundaries by obeying its wishes and desires as well as by running after them, if the axis shifts, it has the potential to go down below. In this study, the principles and methods in the Qur'an, which will help people to rise from the stage of al-nafs al-emmarah to al-nafs al-levvamah and from there to the stage of al- nafs almutmainnah, and to continue their life in a stable manner, are tried to be indicated. In the study, which is a qualitative research, the research data have been collected by document analysis method and the analysis of the data has been made by descriptive and critical content analysis. Some of the principles and methods of the Qur'an, which help people who are born immaculately to maintain their purity and innocence and to achieve their perfection by reaching the stage of the al-nafs al-mutmainnah, can be listed as "faith, worship, prayer, repentance in Islam, tawakkul, gratitude, purification, distancing from desire, good morals and a good deed". It is possible for man to realize his perfection with a suitable psycho-socio-cultural environment and education. Allah insanı mükemmel bir şekilde yaratmış ve hür iradeye sahip, kendini gerçekleştiren bir birey olarak yetişmesine yardımcı olacak imkanlar ve potansiyel güçler ile donatmıştır. Olumlu gizil güçleri ortaya çıkartılıp geliştirilebilirse evrenin işleyişinde, kaderinde merkezi roller üstlenebilecek ve erdemler açısından en üstlere çıkabilecek olan bu "büyük âlem içindeki küçük âlem, yaradılış amacını ve sorumluluklarını unutup da süfli arzularına, hevâsına uyup onların peşinden koşarak haddi aşar, eksen kaymasına uğrarsa aşağıların da aşağısına inebilecek potansiyele sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, insanın nefs-i emmâreden nefs-i levvâme, oradan da nefs-i mutmainne seviyesine çıkabilmesine ve bu seviyede istikrarlı bir şekilde yaşamını devam ettirmesine yardımcı olacak olan Kuran'daki ilke ve yöntemler çıkartılmaya çalışılmıştır. Nitel bir araştırma olan çalışmada araştırma verileri doküman incelemesi yöntemi ile toplanmış ve verilerin analizi betimsel ve eleştirel içerik analizi ile yapılmıştır. Tertemiz doğan insanın saflığının, masumiyetinin korunarak devam ettirilmesi ve nefs-i mutmainne seviyesine yükselerek kemalini gerçekleştirmesine yardımcı olan Kuran ilke ve yöntemlerinden bazıları "iman, ibadet, dua, tövbe, tevekkül, şükür, arınma, hevadan uzaklaşmak, güzel ahlak ve salih amel" olarak sıralanabilir. Uygun bir psiko-sosyo-kültürel çevre ve eğitim ile insanın kemalini gerçekleştirmesi mümkündür. |
