RETROFIT AWARDS 2021 WINNER Workplace 2,000 to 10,000m² Judges praised the 'unbelievable transformation'achieved by this retrofit of a town-centre officeblock, which nearly doubled its lettable space whileretaining 80 per cent of its existing structural frame.
