Yangas, formerly director of the East Harlem Youth Employment Service, New York City, is now assistant to the dean and counselor to foreign students at the Washington Square College of Arts and Sciences, New York University. Martin Stamm, former director of the Guidance and Public Personnel Department for the South Bend City Schools, has accepted a new position as field director of Developmental Programs for the Educational Testing Service in Princeton, New Jersey. Don Dinkmeyer is in charge of a new counselor education program at the National College of Education in Evanston, Illinois. Dinkmeyer is chairman of the Psychology Department of the College.
