Securing Internet Applications from Routing Attacks.
The article examines efforts to secure Internet applications against routing attacks and urges the computer security industry to increase global routing system security. It discusses the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and its limitations, application-specific defenses, and the Tor network.
