ab: This paper propose a method to analysis of mechanical and electrical characteristics of organic transistors based MEM sensor. Organic transistors are broadly classified and critical preservation for any kind of electronic infrastructure because the sensors plays a vital role in capturing the data from electrical devices to mechanical devices. In order to maintain the stability of any electro mechanical system and also to prevent any mishap due to an unknown error causing the system failure, we need an intelligent electro mechanical health monitoring system to analyse and protect the human life and valuable assets before going to be destroyed or partial system failure. In general sensor data streams are exchanged between system controller and other mechanical or electrical components of the industrial system. In this paper we are going to analyse mechanical and electrical characteristics of Organic transistors based MEM sensor using our proposed methodology called organic transistors. Organic transistor is used for reducing cost, flexibility and size when compared to normal silicon based semiconductors. Hence we have chosen organic transistors based micro electro mechanical sensors for analysis. Response curves are the main process of each and every semiconductor system which in turn take responsible to control, maintain and prevent any abnormal activities in the system.
