ab: During the pandemic situation, it is difficult to travel from home to hospital due to travel restrictions. Also, it takes a lot of time and energy to travel. So to make the health check-up at home it would be easy for a patient to feel comfortable by preventing travel. Some of the major factors in solving this challenge are health measuring equipments in hospital are too large and space-consuming which cannot be fitted in our home easily. At the hospital the caretaker will be near to us to monitor our health if suddenly any abnormality is found, then the caretaker will intimate the doctor for further medical attention. It is very difficult for the caretaker to be available with the patient at home for continuous health monitoring. If any health abnormality happens the major challenge is to intimate the doctor immediately for first-order medical attention. To overcome these challenges, a mobile assistive device for continuous health and environment monitoring using IoT has been proposed. In this proposed system the developed mobile application will send an alert message to the registered mobile number if any health abnormality happens. The proposed mobile application has been created using the android studio software which connects with Bluetooth from the location of the patient to know the health condition of a patient in real-time.
