In general, it has a large set of nodes and many number of sensors connected to each node. Moving on, WSN integrates various circuits, many sensors, several computing embedded systems, certain modern networks, distributes large wireless communication, gives out technological acquisition and allocates more information processors. Wireless sensor networks have powered battery sensor nodes which are used for transmitting information over the environment monitors. At this point energy efficiency is the foremost problem in numerous wireless sensor networks. Consequently, various routing techniques have progressed such as to improve lifespan of the network, to increase the highest reliability and also to achieve greatest scalability. On other side, WSN uses a common hierarchical clustering protocol called LEACH and it initiates a standard algorithm. The proposed algorithm used is Cell- LEACH and which is elaborated as Cell Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy. Numerous sensors are built-in with each of the cell-heads. In this formation no recalling and re-clustering is done. Here, the cell head sends all data at a specific time by TDM.
