In any case, various cameras presented at fixed positions are expected to see a wide and complex region. The results on human development get data and significance data show the suitability of the system in normally separating and seeing development groupings. As days moved using the internet of things in mobile phones, we started to control all the devices used at home. This kind of application started to depend on the facility of GSM as well as GPRS which is available on the mobile devices. It is possible to operate these devices if the owner is available at a remote location also through IOT, since the notifications will be sent to the owner through messages. With the help of these messages as it is connected to the android devices the user comes to know if something has happened wrong also. It uses the parameter as threshold values for identification purposes. It uses the GSM notification which is being communicated to the application which is installed in the mobile and all the registered users of those applications will get the alert, in turn these applications will be handled effectively especially in case of emergency purposes.
