Favism disease is one of multi-disorders take place in the red blood cells . The study results showed presence of glucose-6- phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) in very low concentrations in patients depending on sex factor, therefore highly significant decreasing (p<0.0001) was recorded in patients compared with control group . Also no significance difference was found (p>0.05) in Glutamic Pyruvic acid Transferase (GPT) but catalase (CAT) enzyme recorded a high significant lowering (p<0.0001) in favism patients compared with healthy groups .
