Objective: To develop an ICT acceptance questionnaire and assess the validity and reliability of this scale among the older adults' population of Tehran. Methods: To develop a valid and reliable questionnaire initial item pool derived from existing questionnaires. These items translated into the Persian language. The content and face validity and the structural validity of the questionnaire were assessed. Results: The item-level content validity index (I-CVI) was between 0.87 and 1.00, and the scale-level content validity index (S-CVI/Ave) was 0.98. After confirmatory factor analysis, the scale includes 22 items classified into five dimensions. The Cronbach's alpha for the scale was 0.88. The construction of such a tool has been carried out for the first time in Iran.
