The articles analysed mainly investigate postpartum sexual dysfunction associated with factors such as type of delivery, breastfeeding, perineal state or depression. Sexual dysfunction is clearly present in the postpartum period and seems to have as main risk factors, the type of delivery, breastfeeding and especially perineal injuries. El objetivo de este trabajo es revisar la literatura científica actual y analizar la incidencia de disfunciones sexuales en el posparto, así como sus factores de riesgo. Para ello, se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica que mostró un total de 35 resultados, de los cuales 13 se incluyeron finalmente en el estudio. Todos ellos investigaron las disfunciones sexuales en el posparto en relación a factores de riesgo como el estado del suelo pélvico, la depresión o la alimentación del bebé.
