The results of this study showed that individuals reported using podcasts as information environments. Additionally, individuals reported receiving a great deal of information compared to other media like radio, online news, and television. The results also showed that respondents who reported consuming large amounts of podcasts reported higher levels of personalized politics. This study adds to the growing amount of data that evidence podcasts as an increasingly used form of media. The results of this study demonstrate the growing popularity of podcasts as a medium and its potential impact on individuals' constructions of personal and political frameworks. pubtype: Academic Journal doctype: Article src: R language: English refInfo: copyright: @attributes: flag: Y custom: Copyright of Atlantic Journal of Communication is the property of Taylor & Francis Ltd and its content may not be copied or emailed to multiple sites without the copyright holder's express written permission.
