To accomplish this study, we considered some thoughts of Cerutti-Rizatti, Pedralli and Tomazzoni (2016) to aim understanding the manner how this person-participant subscribes in the academic writing culture, crosswise its laboral ambit, and how it assimilates this same culture over its own values and beliefs. Our way to this comprehension evoked some other questions that involve subjectivities of this person-participant. Meanwhile the data was generated, we commit to analytically reflect under two distincts epistemological fields: the bakhtinian perspective (BAKHTIN, 2010 [1979], 2010 [1920-24]), considering to comprehend the dialogical relation from people inserted in the academic culture; and the foucaultian perspective (FOUCAULT, 1995 [1982a], 2014 [1976]) wondering to understand the political and institutional aspects in this context. It is a study of one case (DUFF, 2012), from which some instruments of analysis were used: semi-structured interview, participant observation, audio recording, field notes and photographs. The immersion in the field research has brought some questions: how does this person, immersed in the academic context, relate with the laboral sphere? How can this microanalysis assist to think about the academic linguistic politics, regarding inclusion practices and "audibility/visibility" of these ordinary voices?. Este trabalho tem como temática as vivências com a cultura [escrita] acadêmica por parte de um sujeito trabalhador de serviços gerais no âmbito da esfera universitária. Para a realização deste estudo, partimos de reflexões de Cerutti-Rizzatti, Pedralli e Tomazzoni (2016) com o objetivo de compreender o modo como esse sujeito-participante se inscreve na cultura escrita acadêmica, a partir da esfera laboral, e como ele assimila essa mesma cultura em diálogo com seus valores e crenças. Nossa busca por essa compreensão nos levou também a questões que envolvem as subjetividades do sujeito-participante. A partir da geração de dados, buscamos travar reflexões analíticas que partiram de dois campos epistemológicos: a perspectiva bakhtiniana (BAKHTIN, 2010 [1979], 2010 [1920-24]), visando compreender a relação dialógica dos sujeitos com a cultura acadêmica; e os estudos foucaultianos (FOUCAULT, 1995 [1982a], 2014 [1976]) com o propósito de compreender o aspecto político e institucional em tal contexto. Tratou-se de estudo de um caso (DUFF, 2012), a partir do qual utilizamos os seguintes instrumentos de análise: entrevista semiestruturada, observação participante, gravação em áudio, diário de campo e fotografias. A imersão em campo nos trouxe os seguintes questionamentos: como esse sujeito, imerso no contexto acadêmico, se relaciona com a esfera laboral?
