From the point of view of institutions, the concept of reputation has come to the fore primarily with the studies carried out in enterprises since the 1990s and has become a topic of discussion in the field. Today, corporate reputation is very important for organizations. Competitions in the globalizing world necessitate the differentiation need of institutions. Corporate reputation is the opinions, assumptions and values of an organization's stakeholders about this organization. While reputation makes an institution different from another, if it is managed well, it adds great value to the institutions. Studies show that in today's conditions where there are changes in many areas, it is stated that it is important for institutions to have a good reputation in order to maintain their existence and to provide competitive advantage in various aspects. In this direction, it is argued that universities, which are educational institutions, should have a high reputation. The aim of this study is to examine the corporate reputation of Muş Alparslan University from the perspective of its internal stakeholders. The universe of the research is the academic and administrative staff of Muş Alparslan University, which are internal stakeholders. In the research, a field study was conducted with 220 participants determined by convenience sampling technique. The data obtained with a 5-point Likert type scale were transferred to the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 (statistical packages for social sciences) program and analyzed. As a result of factor analysis, six factors were determined and the findings were interpreted. As a result of the factor analysis, the first factor; accounted for 22,869% of the variance explained in total, the second factor; gave 16,411% of the total explained variance, the third factor; gave 25,354% of the total explained variance, the fourth factor; accounted for 7.205% of the total explained variance, the fifth factor; accounted for 4.533% of the total explained variance and the sixth factor; has 11.778% of the variance explained in total.
