ab: Isolated splenic tuberculosis (TB) in children is extremely rare, and congenital or acquired immunodeficiency is usually a predisposing factor for this disease. Herein, we report a case of isolated splenic TB in a 5.5-year-old child associated with Crohn's disease. As far as we are aware, this association is reported for the first time in children.
