For a product to be the subject of a sales contract, it must be legally recognized as a good. One of the most essential issues that must be fulfilled or followed in these sale contracts is the situation of being mutaqawwim. These basic principles will be an important criterion in the issues of new products and them being objects of sales contracts. Many new products have been put on the market and presented to people's taste. In this article, the trading of NFT's and Metaverse projects and goods are analyzed from an Islamic Law perspective. İslâm hukuku insanlar arasındaki ticari ilişkilerde akit serbestisi ilkesini temel prensip olarak benimsemiş olmakla birlikte, piyasa istikrar ve güveninin sağlanması, satıcı, üretici ve tüketicinin temel haklarının korunması için tedbirler almıştır. Buna göre bir ürünün satım sözleşmesine konu olabilmesi için onun hukuken mal olarak kabul edilmesi gerekir. Hukuken mal olarak kabul edilip ticari sözleşmelere konu olabilmesi için de mütekavvim olması şartı aranır. Bu temel kriterler yeni çıkan ürünler ve bunların satım sözleşmelerinin mahalli olması meselelerinde önemli bir kıstas olacaktır.
