Burden of illness from musculoskeletal condition is high in both developed world and developing countries alike, particularly with ever - increasing elderly population worldwide. They impact health related quality of life, physical function and lead to anxiety and depression and need for increasing RMDs awareness. Rheumatology is an already well-established speciality branch in modern medicine. In spite of development as a speciality, scope of the treatment in conventional medicine has their own limitations in the management and outcome and are very much costly. The community deserves much more attention from the medical profession which goes beyond the routine prescription of a plethora of drugs. In homoeopathy, there are many drugs for various rheumatoid disorders. Homoeopathic intervention has got its own therapeutic potentials in the management of various rheumatoid disorders.
