Sumario:In this paper, we present on ongoing research to use a socio-technical privacy, information security and cybersecurity model to support the design, development and delivery processes of health care services for aging in place. The current research in gerontechnological services development is reviewed, and experiences from the use of serious games to evaluate the model are outlined.
