Summary:This paper aims to examine some images present in the manuscript NLW 444D, belonging to the corpus of Pisan-Genoese manuscripts, especially known for their serial illustrations. The purpose is to highlight the relationship established between text and image and to evaluate what was the motivation of some illustrative choices, sometimes shared by other manuscripts of the group. The results of the research could lead us to recognize that some illustrations had to serve simply to define textual typology--at least in some members of the corpus--while others must have been conceived and made with greater care, regarding adherence to textual content and cultural implications, than is usually believed about the miniatures of the Pisan-Genoese manuscripts.
Cet article étudie quelques images du manuscrit NLW 444D, appartenant au corpus des manuscrits pisano-génois, notamment connus pour leurs illustrations en série. Le but est de mettre en évidence la relation entre le texte et l'image et d'évaluer quelle a été la motivation de certains choix iconographiques, parfois partagés par d'autres manuscrits du corpus. Les résultats de la recherche pourraient nous conduire à admettre que certaines illustrations devaient servir simplement à définir la typologie textuelle - du moins dans certains codex du corpus - tandis que d'autres devaient être conçues et réalisées avec plus de soin qu'on ne le croit habituellement à propos des miniatures des manuscrits pisan-génois, en ce qui concerne le respect du contenu textuel et les implications culturelles.
