The importance of seeking spaces for rehistoricization and recreation of subjects from the local perspective, especially from a gender perspective, is emphasized. El artículo analiza el proceso que llevó a la derrota de la opción de una nueva constitución en el plebiscito de Chile. Se destaca el retorno al silencio y la censura para aquellos que buscan colocar lo marginal en el centro. Se menciona la prevalencia de una cultura-espectáculo que busca la visibilidad y la homogeneización discursiva. Sin embargo, también se resalta la emergencia de nuevas subjetividades que confrontan la retórica consensual y producen desajustes de representación.
