| Sumario: | Enteric fever is a bacterial infection that affects people of every age group. Here, a case of 50-year-old housewife suffering from enteric fever from 5 days, treated successfully within 10 days by single individualized homoeopathic medicine Lachesis mutus with minimum repetition is discussed. There was an excellent improvement in a very short period of time. There was no recurrence and hence management is achieved through single and simple individualized homoeopathic medicine. |
