Social Security Institution provides performance to the insured and the beneficiaries when the insured suffer a work accident. After the financing of the performances offered is covered by the Institution, the employer, who is found to be at fault in a work accident, is revoked at the rate of his fault. Likewise, the payments made by the Institution to the insured person who suffered a work accident are revoked to the employer who does not fulfill the notification obligation. The scope of our work consists of the employer's liability conditions in the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510.
