Sumario:The article reports that Gaggenau USA Corp. introduced two new products for the home chef of Asian cuisine at the Home Builder's Show in January 2005: the Vario Teppan Yaki grill and the Vario 400 Induction Wok. The Teppan Yaki stainless-steel modular grill features a large, hard-chromed, smooth stainless-steel surface and yields 1,500 watts of power in two separate and temperature-controlled cooking zones.
