| Sumario: | The article presents various guidelines for the authors about online manuscript submission and general submission. Kluwer Academic Publishers offers authors, editors and reviewers of the journal "Philosophical Studies" the option of using their fully web-enabled online manuscript submission and review system. To keep the review time as short as possible, they encourage authors to submit manuscripts online to the journals editorial office. Their online manuscript submission and review system offers authors the option to track the progress of the review process of manuscripts in real time. Manuscripts should be typed in a 12 point font and double-spaced on one side of plain paper, with wide margins to allow for editorial notes and instructions to the printer, including an abstract of 100 words. Equations and symbols should be typed if possible; in any case, clarity is essential. The first page of the manuscript should contain the article title and if necessary a running head which should not exceed 45 characters, including spaces.
