| Sumario: | Calciphylaxis, also known as calcific uremic arteriolopathy, is a serious condition characterized by calcification of small- and medium-sized arteries with resulting tissue ischemia and infarction leading to chronic painful wounds. This rare and often fatal condition is diagnosed almost exclusively in patients with endstage renal disease; one-year mortality rates exceed 50%. Penile calciphylaxis is uncommon, with fewer than 60 previously reported cases. We present two cases of penile calciphylaxis. La calciphylaxie, également connue sous le nom d'artériolopathie urémique calcifiante, est une maladie grave caractérisée par la calcification d'artères de petite et moyenne taille entraînant une ischémie tissulaire et un infarctus qui se traduisent par des plaies douloureuses chroniques. Cette maladie rare et souvent mortelle est diagnostiquée presque exclusivement chez des patient·e·s atteint·e·s d'insuffisance rénale terminale; les taux de mortalité après un an dépassent 50 %.
