It should be noted that the aestheticisation of the environment, life and society as a whole is becoming a paradigm of modernity. Therefore, it is of scientific interest to study the logic of changes in contemporary aesthetics, the issues and categories of aesthetic theory of our time. The purpose of the article is a socio-philosophical analysis of the problems of contemporary aesthetics, the logic of changes in the aesthetic theory of modernity. The object of research is the phenomenon of modern aesthetics, and the subject of research are the features of modern aesthetics that determine the direction of the logic of changes in the aesthetic space. The results of the research are that it is emphasized that the logic of changes in modern aesthetics is characterized by the postmodern format, the expansion of the boundaries of artistic activity, interest in art practices, the aestheticization of the ugly, the use of new categories and the spread of such categories as kitsch and kemp, the emergence of new artistic techniques and new types of artistic activity, interest in the problems of people with non-traditional sexual orientation, emphasis on the possibility of many interpretations of works of art. The logic of changes in contemporary aesthetics is characterised by a postmodern format, expanding the boundaries of artistic activity, interest in art practices, aestheticisation of the ugly, the use of new categories and the spread of such categories as kitsch and camp, the emergence of new artistic techniques and new types of artistic activity, interest in the problems of people with non-traditional sexual orientation, and an emphasis on the possibility of multiple interpretations of works of art. Rejecting the traditions of classical aesthetics, postmodern aesthetics creates its own, as tradition is a form of preservation and development of society. In search of aesthetic pleasure, the Internet is of particular help to modern people, as it provides unlimited opportunities to find their artistic preferences.
