According to the author, Forced Entertainment do much more than theatre, and a fair indication of that more was on show at Riverside in a series of exhibitions, talks, and a week of performances in various media by artists other than Forced Entertainment, all of which evidenced a complex connectedness not just across different ways of working, but across different ages and locations of performance. The article also presents the author's views on Forced Entertainment's latest theatre work "Bloody Mess."
