How to improve quality of sleep for people with learning disabilities: Adult service users face sleep issues affecting quality of life, but there are strategies to help improve them.
Adults with learning disabilities face a high prevalence of sleep issues that can seriously affect their quality of life. Nurses can take a holistic approach, and include sleep and nighttime in care plans to improve service users' well-being.
