| Sumario: | Objective: emaryolla.com (sendmri.com); It is a free online consultation system that provides emergency neurosurgical based radiological magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) image evaluation services all over the world. X-ray, computed tomography, mammography, scintigraphy and other images that are Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) images can all be uploaded to emaryolla.com. Currently, it is aimed to upload the most common MRI data in neurosurgery practice, as the program serves neurosurgery. Material and Methods: The total number of patient is 2,058 during between 2016 January 2021. Questionnaires were applied to 712 of them. In this questionnaire, patients were asked it about their complaints on the phone. The most loaded image is Lumbar MRI with the complaint of low back pain. The average age is 42. 354 of the patients are male and 358 of female. Response to consultation from 25 different countries. Results: emaryolla.com runs on Linux, coded with PHP. Supported by HTML5, CSS3. jQuery and Ajax libraries are used. MySQL database is used, Codeigniter structure is used in software programming. Conclusion: Help of healthcare professionals of that country to healthcare professionals of other countries in emergency situations such as war, emergency situation and online consult; it is a project that is being worked on in order to quickly review radiological data in cases. While such systems increase the speed and capacity of the treatment, they will also act as a second eye and speed up the right decision. Amaç: emaryolla.com (uluslararası adıyla sendmri.com); tüm dünyada acil nöroşirürjikal temelli radyolojik manyetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRG) görüntü değerlendirmesi hizmeti veren ücretsiz bir çevrim içi konsültasyon sistemidir. Tıpta Dijital Görüntüleme ve İletişim [Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM)] görüntüleri olan röntgen, bilgisayarlı tomografi, mamografi, sintigrafi ve diğer görüntülerin hepsi emaryolla.com'a yüklenebilir. Şu anda program beyin ve sinir cerrahisine hizmet verdiği için beyin cerrahisinin pratiğinde en çok görülen MRG verilerinin yüklenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: 2016-2021 Ocak arasında yüklenen toplam hasta filmi sayısı 2.058'dir. Bu hastaların 712'sine anket uygulanmıştır. Bu ankette hastalara telefonda şikâyetleri ile ilgili sorular sorulmuştur. En çok yüklenen görüntü bel ağrısı şikâyeti ile lomber MRG'dir. Yaş ortalaması 42'dir. Hastaların 354'ü erkek, 358'i kadındır. Türkiye dışında 25 ayrı ülkeden konsültasyona cevap verilmiştir. Bulgular: Uzaktan sağlık hizmetinin ögelerinden biri olan emaryolla.com Linux tabanlı bir işletim sisteminde çalışması planlanarak, PHP programlama dili ile kodlanmıştır. HTML5, CSS3 ile desteklenmiş yer yer jQuery ve Ajax kütüphanelerinden faydalanarak "browser" üzerinden materyal gönderilmesi olanağı sağlanmıştır. Veri tabanı olarak MySQL veri tabanı kullanılmış olup, yazılım programlama adımında ortak bir Framework olan Codeigniter yapısı kullanılmıştır. Sonuç: Savaş hâli gibi acil durumlarda o ülke sağlık mensuplarının diğer ülke sağlık mensuplarına yardımı; teknik verilerinin yeterli olmadığı durumlarda radyolojik dataların hızla gözden geçirilip ivedi sağlık hizmetinin en hızlı şekilde verilmesi adına üzerinde çalışılan bir projedir. Bu tür sistemler tıbbi hız ve kapasiteyi artırırken aynı zamanda ikinci bir göz vazifesi görerek doğru karar vermeyi hızlandıracaktır. |
