Sumario:Infertility is the inability of a person to conceive despite having carefully timed, unprotected sexual intercourse for 2 years. Infertility has a global impact on women. The alternative approach presents a challenge to the dominant position of traditional therapies, which often involve significant expenses, surgical procedures, hormonal treatments, and associated complications and side effects. Homoeopathy, viewed from a holistic standpoint, aims to restore balance and harmony to the female body, thereby enhancing therapeutic outcomes. This case report aims to highlight the significance of using individualised homeopathic medicine in the treatment of infertility. After detailed case-taking and repertorization, at first individual homoeopathic medicine, Calcarea carbonicum 200c was given and thereafter drugs prescribed as per the need of time and demand of case. Remarkably, the woman achieved conception following the treatment.
