Description
Summary:Life care planners assess individuals with chronic health issues or disabilities to identify the requirements secondary to their condition. This paper offers a comprehensive review focused on the potential utilization of Artifi- cial Intelligence (AI) in life care planning. The main findings suggest that AI has the potential to significantly contribute to various aspects of life care planning, including assessment coordination, long-term care strategy formulation, and resource optimization. The findings also indicate that AI could substantially improve the efficiency and effectiveness of life care planning processes, though these potential benefits also carry ethical considerations and challenges. The paper calls for interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to further explore the potential of AI in enhancing life care planning.
