AI has the potential to provide a number of significant benefits in the field of assistive medicine. Despite these benefits, the implementation of AI in medicine also raises ethical and privacy challenges that need to be carefully addressed. ChatGPT remains the leading generative AI tool. People may inherit AI biases (systematic errors in AI results) in their decisions. 5P medicine represents a new trend in medicine today and involves a new approach to medical care, putting the patient at the center of a process that includes healing, prevention, prediction, individualization of therapies, and significant improvement in quality of life.
        La inteligencia artificial (IA) se define como la rama de la informática que se ocupa de crear sistemas y programas capaces de realizar tareas que, tradicionalmente, requieren inteligencia humana. La IA utiliza una variedad de enfoques y técnicas, como el aprendizaje automático, la visión por computadora, el procesamiento del lenguaje natural y la lógica formal, entre otros. En lugar de contar la cantidad exacta de IA, es más relevante hablar sobre los avances y aplicaciones específicas. La IA tiene el potencial de proporcionar una serie de beneficios significativos en el campo de la medicina asistencial. A pesar de estos beneficios, la implementación de la IA en la medicina también plantea desafíos éticos y de privacidad que deben abordarse cuidadosamente. ChatGPT sigue siendo la principal herramienta de IA generativa. Las personas pueden heredar sesgos de la inteligencia artificial (errores sistemáticos en los resultados de la IA) en sus decisiones.
