The research was carried out in a descriptive survey model. The universe of the research consists of undergraduate students studying at Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University in the Spring Term of the 2021-2022 academic year. 300 students who voluntarily participated in the sample were included. The 'Digital Fluency' scale developed by Demir, (2018) was used to measure the digital fluency level of students. According to the results obtained from the research; In the t-test calculated for the overall Digital Fluency scale, it was concluded that there was a significant difference according to the gender variable. In other words, the digital fluency levels of female and male students differ statistically in favor of males. When the digital fluency level of university students was examined according to the age variable, it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference between the groups. When the digital fluency of university students was examined according to the department variable, it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference between departments. In the awareness subdimension, it was determined that there was a significant difference in favor of Economics between the Economics and Preparation groups and in favor of Communication between the Communication and Preparation groups. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Kırgızistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin dijital akıcılık düzeylerini belirlemektir. Araştırma, betimsel nitelikli tarama modelinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın evrenini 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Kırgızistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören lisans öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Örnekleme gönüllü olarak katılan 300 öğrenci dâhil edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin dijital akıcılık seviyesini ölçmek amacıyla Demir, (2018) tarafından geliştirilen 'Dijital Akıcılık' ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre; Dijital Akıcılık ölçeğinin geneli için hesaplanan t testinde de cinsiyet değişkenine göre anlamlı olarak farklılaştığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Diğer bir deyişle kadın ve erkek öğrencilerin dijital akıcılık düzeyleri istatistikî açıdan erkeklerin lehine anlamlı şekilde farklılaşmaktadır. Üniversite öğrencilerinin dijital akıcılık seviyesi yaş değişkenine göre incelendiğinde, gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farkın olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
