These warts are also called digitate or facial warts. Warts, the third common skin disease encountered in practice, reportedly occur in 2-20% of primary school children1 and have an even higher prevalence in adults . A case of a 29 year old housewife, suffering from filiform warts, is presented in this article; where the patient reported total relief after receiving homeopathic medicine, selected on the basis of totality of symptoms.
