Hachette is selling the legal publishing house because it does not mesh with its core business of literature and school text books. BBC Books has confirmed its first-ever Russian co-edition, with Delia Smith's "Delia's Vegetarian Collection." BBC Books said that the deal, with Russian publisher Cookbooks, should be followed with a Russian edition of "The Delia Collection: Chicken."
