| Sumario: | Tinea is one of the most common superficial fungal infections of keratinized tissues caused by keratinophilic dermatophytes as far as observations worldwide are concerened. Tinea infection is most common in the tropics and may be present in epidemic proportions in areas with high rates of humidity. Generally, these infections are treated by external application leading to suppression of the infection which is more dangerous. Homoeopathy can treat such cases judiciously through its fixed principles, it is cost-effective as well as without any side effects. A permanent cure occurs after the employment of individualized homoeopathic treatment. |
