Actions are also important. Spirit, political subject, goes through subjective and objective processes of becoming, produces thoughts, ideologies, actions and objects, events and images that express itself with its social, political and cultural accumulations, and shares, interacts and cooperates in new, digital and social media. The study aims to understand, explain, examine and analyze the abilities, capacities and characteristics that the political subject should have in social media. Descriptive research method is used in the study. According to the findings of the study, the fact that the political subject dares to know, expresses the truth and truth, has critical thinking and has the knowledge, skills and capacities necessary to construct the political system affects, changes, transforms and shapes the political system. The other prominent phenomenon in the study is the populist voice. Populist voice, political actors, experts, opinion leaders and influencers, YouTubers, TikTokers, influencers, demagogues, bots, trolls and is the activation of persuasion machines (bots).
